Oh, man! That's worse than being a Canadian waiting for CMAK. You have it, but can't play it?  Take the disk, copy it, and put the original back in the case. Wimmen just don't understand. Neither do Canadian Customs agents. -

Yup. Plenty of Canadians on this board and, "Listen up!" isn't what they're saying. Mostly they say stuff like, "No CMAK in the mail yet!" or "ARRRRGHHH!!!! No CMAK in the mail yet!" Poor buggers are losing it.

There is a Corporal Seanachai in the 'Beda Fomm' scenario. Odd last name.

And because he won't get it yet again today! [Dec 5th, 2003]: Gail at the distribution warehouse picks up the phone and dials. Gail: "Hi Steve. We have a little problem here. The pre-orders and the new orders depleted us to almost nothing." Steve: "Almost nothing? What do you have left?" Gail: "Well, we have enough to handle the pre and most of what came in recently until more units get here next week if..." Steve: "If what?" Gail: "Well, if we dip into the promos and gratis pile." Steve: "Go ahead. The testers have the last beta and it's pretty much the same as the finished product. They won't mind." Gail: "What about the proof readers, Axe and Mr Spkr? They don't have anything but the demo." Steve: "Let's see... send them an email on the 11th telling them that their proof reading oversight will cost us and they'll have to suffer the 'w-e-i-g-h-t' for a copy while we get a new gold to the CD producers." Gail: "Don't you mean 'w-a-i-t'? Steve: "Yeah, but since they don't know the difference between 'through' and 'threw' I'm guessing they'll get the hint." Matt was joking. Like when he tells people to have a nice cup of "SHUT THE HELL UP!!" Like when the Wafflers    and GRGRGAAAARRGHHHH!!!! at each other. Ignore the last example. We really do growl and chuck 'splodies at each other with venom. [ December 11, 2003, 01:06 PM: Message edited by: Snarker ]

Penetrating hits don't kill as much?
Snarker replied to sightreader's topic in Combat Mission: Afrika Korps
I don't know about the statement, "The point is....if the armor is penetrated it doesn't matter how much "extra" power the jet has." I've seen the pictures of the Abrams that was disabled by whatever hollow charge caught it, and I'd say the extra energy did a fair job of messing with that tank. -
Yup. Sharpshooters are meant to represent someone pulled from a squad who was a better than normal shot. He is not the classical sniper.

Sounds like the crew became fanatical. I don't believe any vehicle can actually overrun the crunchies, in the track or tread meeting flesh and bone sense anyway.
