Actually I was using the Hunt command when all these King Tiger's got immoblized and bogged. Ugh!

I'm in a winter scenario and half my tanks are bogged down and immoblized by the snow. How can I get them moving again?

Actually I was referring to the Microsoft Voice Commander, it was just releasd a few days ago.

For those of you using Voice Commander, does it slow things down when in use?
Does create a pretty big CPU load?
In a flight simulator where you need every single cpu clock cycle you can get, is there a noticeable hit on performance?
Is there a performance hit in COmbat Mission with this?

Actually thre biggest problem I have is woth mouse clicks and army placements.
The fps is still just fine with FSAA. By the way at 16-bit clor the best quality/performace you can get is 2x2 FSAA.
Not 2x2-low, as that will make things blurry.

OK, First of all you cannot run the 8x or 16x FSAA on a GeForce Card right now. There is not enough bandwidth or memory. In fact on a GeForce 2 GTS with 32 Meg of RAM, you can only run FSAA at the second lowest setting at 640x480 32-bit color. When you throw the slider to the max, it actuallty only renders at what what it is capable of. You can get much better FSAA runnig in 16-bit color, but still cannot use the maximum setting. You can, but there will be no differece in quality. At 1024x768 in 32-bit color you get almost no FSAA. You'd need 128 Meg...

Sorry, I am very sick (physically), and am irritated by people who spend all their time in this great game trying to find one little pathetic thing they think is wrong (Hey the muzzle velocity is 5 k/sec too slow! or the armor is 1mm too thin! turret speed is too slow! etc.)
Why can't they just say, it's close enough - let them work on CM2...

OK, I do not care if I get flamed, but I have to say to all you whiners complaining about gamey tactics and other trivial things... HEY IT'S A GAME DAMMIT!!!!
Real war is not fun, because people and friends/relatives get killed. This is a game that has taken the hex based "bored" games and made them exciting.
Remember, nothing can ever be perfect to EVERYONE.
The silent majority here is immensely pleased with this game.
I can't believe people who complain about a turret speed being too slow, or meeting engagements being unrealistic. My God get a life! Concentrate on the other 3,978 items that are perfect. Please give BTS a break, instead of looking for one stupid tiny thing to complain about.

I'm wondering what people's favorite Allied tank is. Here's my first choice:
CHURCHILLE AVRE
It's pretty useless, but when one of those giant shells hits near a group of enemies, it's mass carnage! Plus I LOVE the fact that when it fires, the whole screen shakes. This is the only unit that does that.

I'm curious as to what people's favorite tanks are. I have several, but I'll start with just one:
WIRBELWIND
I believe it's the BEST anti-infantry unit the Germans have (even though it's anti-air).
Plus I LOVE the sound it makes when it shoots.
