I had the flickering shadows and jerky camera but I reinstalled the 1.01 version and that seemed to fix it

I have been following this forum with interest, after having downloaded the demo and really enjoying it.I found this forum, and very informative it is. So here's the thing why doesn't BTS let you download the whole game when you place your order and then send you the manual and disk through the mail as and when. I know there will be a bandwidth thing for most of us in Europe, but with DSL in America they could have it in no time.
