Yup, this weekend's event is going to be HUGE! During the festivities, you'll see new scenarios, new mods, new sections at various sites, and even a completely new website. There is going to be so much new stuff, I may not be able to sleep. :eek: So, be sure to visit Forward Observer throughout the weekend.

If you keep your eyeballs glued to Forward Observer this coming weekend, there is a VERY good chance you will see something to answer all of your questions. "That's all I have to say about that."

Hi All, Do you remember when sidewalk sales were actually held on sidewalks? Local merchants would set up tables and racks in front of their stores and customers would find great deals throughout the downtown area of their town. Now, at least here in the U.S., these sidewalk sales are being held in shopping malls. Yes, the weather is not a factor. But, a certain charm seems to be missing. So, you say, "Just what the hell is Ted babbling about now?" Well, there is a point here: Forward Observer is having its first Sidewalk Sale! It will be held over the weekend of April 20-22. The plan is to have all the Member sites post something (or several things) on their site(s) over the course of the weekend. So far, well over half of the Member sites will be participating in this event, so it should be huge! Updates during the Sidewalk Sale will be limited to Forward Observer and the Member sites. In other words, the Battlefront forum will not be used to post updates during the weekend. I think this will be a great opportunity to get people involved, whether Members or readers. For everybody, this will be an opportunity to have a little fun and see what a great community we have at Forward Observer. Stay tuned for more updates throughout the week.
