Have they fixed the PBEM problem yet?
No you still have to have someone that wants to play with you.

Well if Stuka's claims to geniushood are accurate that quote might be appropriate.
-
And you are the one who read a sexual connotation into it. Really, Speedy, you need to get your mind out of the gutter.
Michael
Acually I mentioned the medieval sport of jousting, you remember jousting don't you it was all the rage. You were the one to start mentioning phalluses.
Now I expect a quotable response from you, "You are of course absolutely correct Speedy" seems appropriate to me.

Any more ridiculous than using a 152mm howitzer in the direct fire mode in an urban environment?
Or a 37mm(maybe 45mm) Atk gun?, or 76.2mm pieces?
Watched the linked video and very little if any of it is actual combat footage.
The Russians were big ones for staging the footage in their news reels.

You were the one talking about real men sticking pointy things in each other.
-
Australian football, like rugby, is just an excuse for un-outed homos to get together and grope each other. If they were playing a real man's sport, they would be spiking each other, like real men.
Michael
Jousting went out of fashion when you were middle aged Michael.

Some more pictures to confuse Boo and Joe.

No you ignorant Ohioanian, the vilest most hated football team in Australia lost the Grand Final yesterday.

So that's why there is a hole in the bucket, bloody Finnish mortarmen.

Wow... people are actually making false statements about being connected with the House O' Shaw?
Nah it's just Joe's dementia, he tends to forget things.

I would expect at least 9 months between releases, so that would put Russia about four and a half years away.
Though the Bulge game and modules may be out quicker as they will be able to reuse a lot of models which would bring Russia closer.

'The Pus Pocket Of The MBT' - there's a whole new sig for you Stuka.

Speedy gamely attacks with tank crews and mortar ammo bearers...a Gentleman would simply admit defeat but in this case...Nooooo.
They're pistol wielding American tank crews and they kick teutonic ass.

I thought you were wanting salt for that?

I've never had problems with turns not saving, however sometimes the auto numbering goes into reverse.

I suppose he doesn't have a shortage of sand.

Yes there are a few people here that have it.
I bought it when it came out in 2006 and spent quite a bit of time on it (even attended a meet and greet at Puckapunyal when one of the developers came out to help set it up for the Australian army) as it is an excellent simulator/tactical wargame.
Haven't played it much recently as I have moved onto other things.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it though as even though it is 5 years old it is still supported and updated.

I have most things on low and run around the 30-40 fps with no arty (arty will drop it between 5 - 20 fps).

I actually prefer the dingalingaling diving alarm.
And as for Stuka, George Mc has a lot to answer for I did everything asked of me. Captured a river crossing sent most of my troops off the map on their glorious breakthrough run thingy and left Stuka's snivelling Germans cowering in the ruins of some French village crying for their mummies.
And what is the result? German Tactical Victory? What?? They failed, they failed miserably if this is what the Germans call victory then they won WW2 in stunning fashion.
