Does anybody have a mod that gets rid of those dam stupid butt pack.

Tested and evaluated the 56 SBCT at Fort Indian Town Gap, PA last year. Evaluated the Brigade Command and the S shops to see how well they can handle problems during battle, not bad. Was better then some active units. Going back again during 24 May 19 to 14 June 19. I believe it is the 56 SBCT again, not sure yet. Not sure if I will be at Indiantown Gap or I'll be at Fort Drum, NY.

We called the flat-top versions "fish heads" when I was around seven, back in 76. They went for five bucks a pair and only came in black or white. By the time I was 16 (in 85) all the punks and skaters drove the prices (at least for high-tops) through the roof. They were going for 30 bucks and you could find them in just about any color you could imagine. The 80s really made Converse.
Mord.
Dam Mord, you make me feel dam old, I was in the Marines in 76

We had Cocat, when we played CMMC2. Maybe dedust it and see if it still runs?
I still have it and tried it and it still works so far. Loaded a map, create a unit and create labels so far with no problem.

Affirmative. There are FOW icons for light and for heavy armor... they look almost the same and unless side by side its tough to see the difference.
Heavy Armor:
Light Armor:
Not trying to steal the thread, but Bil, how are you going to make FOW icons? Looking at the MIL-STD-2525B, I don't see what can be used for FOW unless you use the UNKNOWN Symbol.

just a heads-up on my problem, everything is working now, just had to be patience.

When we was testing the new web site everything was working, now when I try to go to the new site I get this problem:
The hostname in the website’s security certificate differs from the website you are trying to visit.
Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID

Bah! Have 'em wheel in a whiteboard, tape some markers to some sticks, and diagram what you want done. Have the sitrep printed out and brought to you every hour.
A good yelling will let them know who's in charge. I mean, they're there for YOU, right?
Never thought of that and my wife is second in command or is she in charge, can't remember half of the time
sorry to have stolen this thread.

Hmmm. NHS? Well, that implies some dire medical situation. Hope that's all sorted.
Of course, hospitals have beds. Beds have tray tables. Laptops fit on tray tables. Nurses are there to help. See where I'm going with this? Yeah, that's still no excuse for suspending the game!
Best for a full, and speedy, recovery.
Well not quite correct, when I was in the hospital after my heart attack, laptops were not allowed and because there is no Wi-Fi ability in the room I was in. So either you read, watch tv or try to keep breathing with all the tubes and wires stuck in you

I had not thought that far head. @Bil Hardenberger and I had not even decided on who was taking Red and who Blue.
How about I take the Canadians?
Canadians, eh

Is the Marines going to be in it or is it always US Army fighting
-
Not to steal the show, but "Dam another former Marine" I served in the Marines from 72-76 then the rest in the Army. I was an 0811 then a 0861.

Not that I am aware of. However I use a modified version of Peregrine's rules for both WW2 and modern that I'm happy with. One of the things I find interesting about the rules is modifying them to make them work in different circumstances. IMO Peregrine's rules are an excellent base to start with. I add to the rules and modify them as needed. Bil's rules are also very good but I struggled with the Excel document and in the end made a Unit Tasking form on a Word Document to use with a modified version of Peregrine's rules.
Is it possibly to send me those Word documents?

Trying to get this thread back on track, after reading the comments about role-playing the game and also reading the document "Command Friction" from Bil Hardenberger and Peregrine rules. Most of if, not all of it, is for WW2 scenarios. Is there one for modern battles?
-
I'm hoping that there will be a separate thread from Baneman on his side of the battle.
-
After seeing that this thread sort of fell quite, maybe this Thread Tactics Report could pick up the chatter

No problem, it is being tested and will post the finial out come to it. Glad you caught it. As I posted it may be awhile before there is a patch due to the other work we're doing to the other CM.
If you or anybody else find something and it doesn't look right, feel free to send me an email or post on the forum and I will get it tested. I'm here to help out as much as I can. Except for the next two weeks starting tomorrow. Got a two week warfighter exercise here at Ft Carson.

I have no CLU.
And I would agree with that 50% of the time.
I'm assuming and that's a big word, you know what a CLU is? If not it is a Command Launch Unit (CLU)

A related issue with a squad picking up a spare Javelin for use by another team is that no matter how I split the squad, the Javelin seems to stay with the least appropriate team. Eg. It never stays with the AT team. The Javelin always stays with the 2-man Scout team, or the Assault team (it would be preferable to have it stay with the support section).
Does the AT Team have a CLU? Does any of the squad have a CLU? You can have a Javelin without having a CLU.

Ok, I ran it and see the issue, had some of the tester ran it and see it as well, so I have Mantis it as a bug. Because we are working on other projects (FI, SF2 and others that I can't say because of the NDA) it may be awhile before there is a patch.
