.cob, .obj and Blender

Blender 2.45 is also missing the import scripts for .cob and AFAIK .cob support has been dropped from Blender altogether.

Thats a bit unfortunate since the original vehicles are very useful as model for size comparison, polygon count, design, etc...

Modifying existing models is also so much easier than starting from scratch.

It would be nice if someone with Truespace could convert some vehicles to .obj. The Blender import wasn't that good anyway (some parts were always distorted).

Thor & Cutter to finish Redcons Thor-with-blade (does it have a name?).

To be exact that would be the Thor chassis, a 20mm turret with barrel and the blade of the cutter.

After that a 120mm Apollo please.

Thor KC-L-T is how it is in the game. But your right it does need a name.

And thank you working on that.

FYI the blade is a modified cutter blade some it won't be perfect. I know I just had to make things difficult.
