Can you save battles as scenarios?

If a certain CMC battle turns out to be a really interesting one, could you save the original file and convert it to a stand-alone CMBB scenario to play again, or share with others?

Is there any difference between the battles that CMC generates and a regular CMBB scenario, in terms of the file itself?

At the very least i bet you could simply copy and rename the CMBB autosave file for posterity.

This is a bad idea for the simple fact that you could then save unfinished games, load up the map editor, and conduct rehearsals, check lines of sight, etc. outside the confines of the campaign game but during campaign play.

Hello Michael Dorosh, and welcome! I see you're a newbie, so I thought I might inform you about some of the features of CM. You see, saved game files can't be loaded into the scenario editor, so what you say wouldn't be possible.
