I hope the next patch will have building occupation. It's essential for realistic city combat. If they can do it in combat mission why not tow ? have the uber patch , don't really notice a huge dif in the game after playing through several campaigns. Just downloaded the JSH mod, going to try that out, then I want to make a afrika corps campaign/mod muhahaha...with desert terrain, skins and all lol. Think I'll change the houses as well for some realism, see if I can make palm trees also, see what happens....hmm might have tow 2 a bit early rofl...Is there a good place for modding info or to read and post if I have any questions ? seems this board auto deletes threads now so can't do a search in mod forum.....? Not my first time modding a game but may need some info on something... thanks in advance. -
NOOB question on editing maps...

maybe french version is a dif build.... -
....usually happens when switching a vid card and drivers. Try deleting the game's config file from the game itself as it has stored your old card and driver/settings etc in it. Once you start the game it will auto detect the new card etc and should work np. If not delete it again reboot then launch the game. This almost always works in this situation. If it doesn't, just reinstall the game and it will work.

It's fun to play but problems still existing in the game even at this late stage and they are kind of discouraging to returning players. -

try taking off hardware mouse option...usually this is a sign that ya need updated mouse drivers but not always.

TOW 2 going to have a much better editor or what ?

map editor..campaign editor is no biggie pretty simple to use but a more robust map editor would be nice at least at par with other game editors. -
OK I take it the maps in the map folder are one of ze kind ? I was messing with mp map 01 and hit save by accident ( I'm use to having a "save as" function and renaming a map in a normal editor ) zo ze question is where can I get mp map 01 base game map without having to reinstall the game ? *note to game makers..."save as" function for next editor with it making a new folder and map contents under the new "save as" name, map backup folder in case some one forgets to back them up first ( like me lol). thanks in advance. ( some nice person can also email me it zipped if they were kind enough )

the 5 vids almost put me to sleep, had to fight it off was nodding off big time by the 3rd vid...whoever made them had no idea how to make a vid that pulls you into the game and makes you want to be the one playing it. Those vids made the game look very very very boring.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

yep hopefully be a bit top heavy like it was and easy to tip on a steep inclination..be nice if that also happened in game -
will this need a 1.2 gig patch also or will it be tested properly before release this time ? not being a ass but I bought the first tow right at release and wasn't really impressed with it's release quality so I'm thinking of holding off on tow 2 if I buy it at all...when is the demo due for release ? and yes I'm a beta tester so I know ze bugs when I's se'z em's

hmm posted in tow thread but how about a editor that is fully functional rather than just a after thought ? like being able to do everything in the editor including unit placement, side assignment, way points etc etc etc like other "normal" editors of half decent quality ?....I'll give you some candy if ya make a REAL editor....

just a question...I really hope it does the tow one sucks nads. One of the worst editors I've ever used, think it was a after thought by the makers.
