Cap't Kimmons Posted December 15, 2001 Share Posted December 15, 2001 Help! Looks like a great game but I can't play the demo 'cause my mouse cursor either disappears or jumps around. I disabled my Gel mouse and use only standard Windows. Also, upgraded to DirectX 8.0 for Win95. Neither helped. Any suggestions? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As BeWary pointed out, the most common mouse problems stem from using custom or non-standard Windows errors. Are you using any custom/manufacturer-specific mouse drivers (I can't tell if your comment is referring to the drivers you are using) ? Sometimes the feature sets of these drivers cause problems and it may be best to use some of the default drivers that come with Windows ('Standard PS/2', 'Microsoft PS/2' or 'Logitech PS/2' are some of the drivers - assuming that you're using a PS/2 mouse). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
