Pvt. Ryan Posted November 20, 2002 Share Posted November 20, 2002 You have to have the ruleset saved somewhere on your computer. It doesn't matter where, but it seems best to avoid saving it in the CMMOS folder. Make a new folder and call it CMMOS mods or something like that. Launch CMMOS, select CMBB assuming that is the game you are playing, select configure, select rulesets, then select add. A window will pop up asking you which file to add. Browse to the folder in which you saved the ruleset and click on the ruleset file in the window. CMMOS should automatically load the ruleset. That's all there is to it. You do the same thing to install mods except you choose the mod tab instead of the ruleset tab. I'm pretty sure you have to install the ruleset before you install the mods that it supports. Oh, and read the read.me file carefully. It clearly explains the necessary steps, and also points out the differences between how old CMBO and newer CMBB mods work with CMMOS.
