Bill101 Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 Hi It happens when you haven't got a friendly resource connected to either a Capital or Industrial Center where a unit can be deployed. The solution is probably to add a few more Industrial Centers into the game, providing of course this is only happening when you don't want it to.
