For example, in 1914, with France getting pounded you are asked to pay 200 MMPs right at the moment you can least afford it just to get Foch. How about we just give them Foch..LOL. The aim here is to really make you think about what to do, and while investing in Foch is a good idea, it means that France can't afford replacements or research quite so soon.
