Fixed Garrison for minors. The AI routines in WWI changed from SC2GC in that they minors no longer garrison their cities unless specified. Improved Sealion defense for UK Added ports to Athens (they were missing) Added ships for Spain (they were missing) Fixed error in USA production Made kamakazi sprite for 3d, was rocket (I play with military symbols myself) KNOWN ISSUES China retreats from cites: not sure why script is right Finland and Romania 3d flag sprites backwards: dont know why either.
