Tactical Wargamer Posted February 10, 2011 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Curious trying out a scenario with a friend PBEM (since neither of can enjoy realtime) and he has sent me the last winrar'ed turn and it appears the file is damaged. This is the second scenario this has happend. Also about the same file transfer #6-7 with this happening. Any ideas where we are screwing up. I have not see this in any of my other games...... chaos49 Posted February 10, 2011 Share Posted February 10, 2011 how dos it turn out, can u see the file when u start the game, or will the file not load to 100 % ? there is something happen in big maps with a lot of things going on u can see the game dont save the file right and u wont see it in the game when u put it into the incoming folder. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tactical Wargamer Posted February 26, 2011 Author Share Posted February 26, 2011 Well I do see the file, but I have to search for it in the window 7.....umm is it the temp files the save go to sometimes, anyways I do have to copy into the incoming files. It does load but I get an error pop up with a corrupted save. Seems to happen all the time after a few turns or so. Just can't firgure out why initial files transfer but then get corrupted somehow later. Never have this problem with other PBEM games on my system.
