Schrullenhaft
If you're running the Demo, I can't remember how high of a resolution it can support. If you're running the full version I know it can support up to 1600x1200. The resolutions that you are offered depend on your current desktop resolution, what your video drivers support and sometimes your monitor definition (and at the very least, what the monitor is actually capable of displaying). If you want a resolution higher than 1024x768, you need to delete the Prefs file again and set your desktop resolution to something higher than 1024x768. Generally CM should start at your current desktop resolution (or the next lower 'common' resolution - CM doesn't support every resolution your video/monitor does). The next resolution above 1024x768 you may want to try is 1280x1024. I believe CM will support one or two resolutions between this one and 1024x768, but I'm not sure of their exact dimensions.
