abneo3sierra
I currently have CM:SF , CM:SF Marines, and CMSF:NATO... Was out of the country when CM:SF British Forces was released, but would like to get it. However, on reading many other instructions around, it seems that if I do, I would have to uninstall at least NATO, as it seems there is possibly a "required order of installation" as far as license keys and patches to work. Is my understanding of this accurate? If so, I just am not sure if it is worth the hassle, as when I last uninstalled the game, it took some months to get the various issues straightened out with elicense, and with the game simply not running due to a .dll file that somehow vanished between installs, then would not work right for many weeks afterwards. I suppose the brunt of this question is twofold: 1-Will it work if I just add :British Forces on top of NATO? 2-If not, is there ANY easier way that will not have likely issues on reinstall? and assuming that the only one "out of order"and needing reinstall would be :NATO Any input appreciated, thanks Ron
Moon
Here is the easiest way to do it. You do not need to uninstall anything. - install British Forces. This actually downgrades your game to v.120 - install v1.21 patch (select CMSF, Marines and British as the components to update) - install v1.31 patch (select CMSF, Marines, British and NATO as the components to update)

Moon
I've just added your specific example to the Knowledgebase Article as well. The example there was slightly outdated.
