If the one I ear marked for it is not capable, the job goes to someone else. If there is no one else, I change the plan. Infantry soldier tend to be a tough, hard headed (read not dumb, strong willed) crowd for good reason, and many a trooper has said "I can come on line sir" with parts hanging off.
