It seems that when my units take a heavy morale hit, such that they are pinned/panicked/routed/etc, so that they are OUT OF COMMAND due to combat results, not command radius, their unit icon gets transparent. Pretty cool. It is a nice adjunct to the flashing icon when casualties are induced. Or, has this always been there and I just never noticed?
