akd Posted October 13, 2010 Share Posted October 13, 2010 Was just screwing around in QB and had a BMD stumble upon a DShK-armed technical about 100m away in a city. They commenced an MG duel and the technical took hundreds of rounds from the BMD's 3 PKs with no apparent effect. In fact, the BMD took a casualty from DShK fire before the technical was finally dispatched with a 73mm round. One thing I observed is that all three streams of PK fire converged on and only appeared to strike the actual DShK in the back of the pickup, leaving the crew and vehicle unharmed and apparently doing no damage to the MG.
