abukede
some thoughts here.. I personally feel one of the more entertaining aspects of the game is the Carrier Warefare... if you are Japan or the USA... one of the big fears and worries that nag you are guessing where the enemy carriers are. The Pacific is sooo huge that as Japan or the US you can literally strike anywhere. When you guess right or draw the enemy into a trap... sink 3 or 4 carriers in one blow... You know the other player is destroying his keyboard. what an amazing feeling. Thoughts? abu
xwormwood
Yeah, you're right. And it is a nice pleasure to sink transports with a hidden sub as well.
PowerGmbH
you are perfectly right, this is real Strategy! Sometimes one "knows" ( i.e. from a former battle ) that a huge Carrier Group WAS in a specific location about 10 Turns ago, but one has NO IDEA about if they where repaired or will suddenly appear right on the shores of your specific country. Sometimes it is interisting to have some Bombers out there in the Pacific... even if they get crushed to 0, at leas you know where the Ennemy Task force lurks around
