Wushuki Posted July 4, 2010 Share Posted July 4, 2010 I assume that you are referring to "Strategic Command 2: Blitzkrieg" and expansions. There is also a Strategic Command 2: Pacific Theatre. The main difference is that Global Conflict only has world maps and Blitzkrieg only focuses on Europe. There have been many gameplay improvements since Blitzkrieg however and if you buy the older games you will not get those. So in my opinion the choice is pretty simple, go for Global Conflict, because these improvements make the game much better and you really don't want to play the game without them.
