It is a strange mix of images, as if a 10 year old boy suddenly was infused with the fantasies of a 16 year old and the memories of a wartime vet as imagined by a WW2 grog who's seen a lot of wartime images. I could envision brain trauma perhaps having something to do with this sort of scrambling of reality and fantasy.
