Brit Posted March 27, 2010 Share Posted March 27, 2010 The aircraft priority in the ruleset. 0-5. When aircraft attack something (like a city), there are multiple possible targets. The aircraft priority determines which target the aircraft attacks. A priority 1 target is picked first, and priority 5 targets are picked last. For example, tactical aircraft will target enemy units in a city before attacking city-improvements or population. Strategic bombers, do the opposite.
