bodkin Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 I'm currently working from an old disk with xp on it but my main c: drive crashed and even though I mirrored it to a new drive it's still not working, (asking me for a password that I've never set). Anyway looks like I'm going to have to reinstall everything ( a day of pain I"m not looking forward to) but I can't unlicense my cmsf game. I have all three modules and will try to reinstall them yet I fear I'll lose a license from my quota by doing so because I couldn't un-licence. I know I have several licenses to play with but I'd rather keep my full quota. I'll probably reinstall tomorrow but because I can't un-license my question is who do I contact about getting my account reset and what evidence of purchase do I need to provide.
