PK Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Hi Guys I bought the new British module about 2hrs ago but everytime I try to enter the License code I get a 501 error code. I have used copy and paste and manual entry with the code but still getting an error code. Moon Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 Yeah, the order process is fully automated, so nothing in it takes longer than a few seconds, really. If it doesn't work right away, something isn't right, and in this case your key didn't register properly in the licensing database for some reason. eLicense is checking into why it happened (a couple of other customers were affected, too). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
