jon_j_rambo
@Battlefront Map Makers --- Have you guys seen Vypuero's World Campaign? I've played at least 20 games on it, Vypuero (aka Nupremal) has made like 10+ updated versions of it. Here's what we learned: 1) Allies really do need a supply-10 city in order to have a major engagement for offensives against the Japs. Ships, repairs, etc. The units fight like dog**** on the ground too. It is really hard to get momentum out in the middle of nowhere for the Yanks in the Pacific. Ships/Carriers need a place to repair. 2) Same rule in the MedFront. If the Axis defends with nothing but cities of supply 10, the Allies are really hard pressed to punch the enemy (think historical, think whatever). It is just true. All real invasions the Allies gotta have good supply or they are toast. This is just the way it goes. Air battles, ground, whatever. If you don't have supply for the Allies, all the games will go thru France. 3) I see in the screen shots, are there really new types of Mountains? If so, this is really good. Different types of elevations will make your game much better to the realism and the eye. Movement can be more realistic too. 4) The Map of the USA looks like a 3rd grader made it. 5) You seriously should consider making different values for cities. It's either 5 or 10, lame. How about 5, 8, 10, and maybe even a 12, 15, or even 20 !!! Seriously, major capitals should be worth alot more, especially in Europe.
SeaMonkey
I'm with you Rambo, we need that communication/logistics net! How about our SC engineers making these improvements and enhancing/expanding "the net"?
jon_j_rambo
Hmm, very interesting idea Mr. Sea Monkey. Yes, engineers can build a supply center
