journo2
I have an ibook running X with classic too. Is there anyone who could provide me with a step by step guide of how I can partition to load the game on so that it works properly. Any help would be greatly appreaciated. jonathan@jonathan-green.com
Buckeye
Are you running OS 10.2 (i.e., Jaguar)? If so, then you don't need to make a separate partition to have CMBB run properly. Just restart the computer in OS 9, and it will run fine. CMBB will not run in Classic under OSX under any conditions.

journo2
OK - I have it running but everytime it goes to the loading 3d data screen just before the game starts it gets stuck on that page. You can hear all the sound affects after a while as if the game has started but it continues to be stuck on the 3d loading page. Why is that? _UXcva
Did you restart in OS9? One way to restart in 9 from X is via Systems Preferences>Startup Disk
Michael Emrys
The problem is the version of RAVE (RAGE?). Both X and Classic have the wrong version. You are going to need at minimum a separate system folder with 9 in it that has the proper RAVE (RAGE?) extension. Then you reboot into that system and CM should run okay.
