AZGungHo
In my current game as the Allies I tried something different. I pulled the US Corp out of the Philippines in what turned out to be a vain attempt to save them. The Japanese sunk them on their run to Australia. But I just realized that MacAurther hasn't shown up in Australia yet either, and it's way past time! Is this a bug or a result of my pulling the troops out? Like he went down with the ship? Hubert Cater
Hi AzGungHo, He should have arrived in time, can you send me a saved turn so I can take a look? Hubert
AZGungHo
Hi Hubert, Unfortunately I didn't save that turn and it's been long past time. I can send you what I have now, but doubt it would help. Let me know if you want it. Presently it's early 1043

I've tried that 4 times! I figure that one extra corp could help big time in Burma. I'm 0-4 so far. Seems the Jap navy is pretty active in that area for a while. I did make it to one of the neighboring islands but could never get it all the way to safety. I've always had Mac show up though.
Stitch
Mac has shown up in Australia in early 42 even if the Phillipines are *untouched* during my experiments. I doubt the scripting would be that complicated to determine his fate.
Hubert Cater
Hi AzGungHo, Your current saved turn is likely too far along for me to see what might be amiss but if it happens again where he does not arrive past the due date then please send a turn my way and I'll take a look to see what the issue might be. AZGungHo
Will do Hubert - when I can I'll try and recreate it. For now my brave troops fight on without him - much to the delight of the entire United States Marine Corps!! :-)
