Spartan Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 Hi, I have upgraded the basic game to 1.11. I have now bought the addon for marines which says 1.10. Can I just install Marines at 1.10? Will existing 1.11 games be ok? You'll need to run the Marines 1.11 patch after installing Marines, even though you started with the 1.11 Vanilla game. You simply have access to the new units and new scenarios. I had Vanilla CMSF v1.11 running, I then purchased and installed the Marine-module and discovered that half of my Vanilla CMSF scenarios had disappeared. It took me a while to figure out that's because the scenarios had been upgraded to 1.11 and the Marine module installation had taken me back to 1.10 and 1.10 couldn't see them.
