That accounts gets tons of emails daily and we can't always get back with you right away. Email me at support@battlefront.com with the name and date the order was placed under along with the shipping address and I will check it out for you. As to the confirmation email, some peoples ISP's actually filter that message out as SPAM by mistake. We are looking at making internal changes in the way the email is sent to hopefully fix this.
