Game starts but in the middle of loading at about 60% it stops and gives this message: "CM Shock Force exec. has encountered a problem and needs to close." Details are as follows: App Name: CM Shock Force exec. AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: CM Shock Force exec. ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 000de13 I have eLicense version (customer # 222101) Game worked with version 1.05 installed. The mod that caused the problem is: Y.A.M.M. v1.2 (a menu mod by S2ke) I don't know if anyone else has the same problem with this mod or just me. :confused: At any rate I am so relieved that patch 106 now works. S2kde Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 Oops, in v1.06 there were a few lines added to the strings.txt, but these entries are missing in my mod's strings.txt right now and that should be the reason why it does crash, I think (everything else should be the same as before). Ok - after a little more testing by myself, I've uploaded a new version (v1.21) of this mod to cmmods. [...] Install instructions: --------------------- Step 1: Copy the file zmod_yamm_v1.21.brz from this archive into your X:\CMSF\Data\ folder. Step 2: Delete the file zmod_yamm_v1.2.brz (or any older version) located in your X:\CMSF\Data\ folder. ATTENTION: It is very important to do this step, because it can make your game crash, if you do not! History ------- v1.21 - Both, strings.txt and hotkeys.txt were removed from this package due to incompatibility problems with patch v1.06+. These files will be distributed separate from now on.
