Tip: Next time print it licenses and stick it to a cd case where you keep a copy of the download. I had to remember that too and now it sticks well with me. Please include your full name, address, the email you used to purchase, and when (roughly) you bought the game. In our new store (all orders after Oct 1 are done in our new store), it's even quicker. You simply log into your customer account, click on Account Maintenance, and are presented with (among other things) a list of all your orders, which you can open to look at their details; including the license key, link to re-download etc. This only works if you purchased after Oct 1 however. At the moment this only works for downloadable product ("download only" or "download&mail", but then hardgood only product have the key printed on a sticker as is). I'd like to see a much longer German campaign though! The new Normandy camps are fun btw! You guys should release a huge campaign pack expansion with new units too.
