Jeff Duquette
I kinda liked the HIDE command in the old Atomic game Close Combat. I'd like to see something similar in ToW if possible. I think if done properly a "HIDE" command would add much to the usefulness of Infantry in the game.

nachinus
Oh, I really hope they consider it. It is badly needed, IMHO. Just today, I just mentioned it in another thread: http://www.battlefront.com/discuss/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=63;t=001255
Guest lmgroth
Maybe it already exists as a combination of the "DEFEND" and "HOLD FIRE" commands. Moon wrote of the DEFEND command in another thread... "It means "sit tight, look for cover, don't go hunting for enemy across the map". A special form of this command is available when you select an infantry unit and click on a friendly tank... it will instruct the unit or formation to take cover behind the tank and follow it." I am not including the "HOLD" command because I hope the troops will actually move themselves into any reasonably close available cover and once Hold is issued they tend to stay exactly where they are when the command was issued. As long as they actually seek out cover... then I think we have what we need.
