It did so first time, but when trying to change desktop res, CM didnt change. *Cant find it in the manual... *Yessss...I have done a search...but it says 'cant show page' no matter what I search on. *Understand I can change it (delete a line) in the file: "Combat Mission Bynd Ovr Prefs", but how do I open that one? To change res: -Delete the line in Combat Mission Bynd Ovr Prefs. -Change new desktop res...and CM will use this res. OK...guess most of you already knew that But is it possible to have CM to run at a HIGHER res that my desktop? Schrullenhaft Posted September 21, 2001 Share Posted September 21, 2001 Yes it is possible, on the PC a program named QRes should allow you to launch CM wherein it will change the desktop resolution temporarily for CM. I believe some other game-launcher programs should also work. I don't personally use this program, so I'm unfamiliar with the details involved in using it.
