Enhancements / Modifcations List for Vanilla Game

OK, we have all been kicking around lots of ideas on how to make the vanilla 39 scenario more diverse, historical, balanced, etc.

What I would like for us to do is to post all of those ideas in one place; here. This way us modders have a good reference source to get ideas from.

Personally, some of the things I want to try and make/change:

1. Write up a Swiss to Axis MMP convoy if they get above a certain %. The work-around for this is that an isolated Swiss-German port set can be set up where it can't be attacked/taken.

2. Replace rockets with artillery and modify the stats accordingly.

3. Cut down on Siberian transfers and space them out.

4. Have minor countries get extra units as the war goes on. Have them also get extra units if forces mass at their borders.

5. Implement some of Honch's map changes and scripts to the standard vanilla area.

6. Raise air defense values for most units. Highly raise naval defense values for land units.

7. Raise paratrooper action points to 3, and raise their naval/air attack values.

8. Lower the sub attacks of cruisers, lower naval attack values of subs.

9. Make Minor units cheaper since they can't be upgraded, add in more Minor HQs that can be bought.

10. Give Minor countries with ports a tiny navy, or the capacity to have a small navy.

11. Use most of what Blashy has in his new scenario.
