If wounded, the unit is immobilized, but keeps leadership bonuses. Minefields with TRPs near them can make enough noise to alert AI forward observers, who then fire-up the TRP. If the player is human, then the TRP starts flashing. If a Battalion Command leadership unit is captured with only one pistol remaining, he says "victory or death" in his language and kills himself.
