They could be crew members on planes that need a rear gunner: Avenger, Dauntless, etc.!! That way we could keep track of the damage and kills they cause and the medal they are awarded!!! What about us being able to control those type of planes with our current leader and wingman. That way the pilot can still increase his skill, and can still shoot at the enemy planes. Having a rear gunner in the plane that we can control and having "gunner only" cards would add for alot more excitement.
