Dan Verssen
If you have encountered this error when you attempt to log-on to the online play, it probably means that you have a local software or hardware firewall that is blocking the connection. Firewalls usually have a control panel that allows you to give permission to specific programs to access the internet.
Makau
Dan, I seem to be able to connect ok but can't create new pilots online. Same issue I had with the demo version. I am behind a linksys router, maybe I need to place some ports outside the DMZ to get server coverage?? Thanks
Makau
Well.. Put the whole machine outside the DMZ and no luck with creating pilots. Have no firewall in place as this system is running service pack 1.. Will upgrade to service pack 2 and double check the .NET versions and try again

wbfiii
^^^ any idea what's causing this? no expert here, but seems as though my connection "times out" while trying to load a game. hopefully i can get this resolved before the tourney tomorrow
