Well.. Put the whole machine outside the DMZ and no luck with creating pilots. Have no firewall in place as this system is running service pack 1.. Will upgrade to service pack 2 and double check the .NET versions and try again

Dan, I seem to be able to connect ok but can't create new pilots online. Same issue I had with the demo version. I am behind a linksys router, maybe I need to place some ports outside the DMZ to get server coverage?? Thanks
