Just alt tab out and wait until you see it is ready for your turn in the icon in the system tray, the icon will be flashing green. Or simply go do something else around the house. 4- If you are playing Allies, on your first turn do a DOW on EVERY country you can. You should have USA, USSR and Iceland as neutrals only. 5- When France falls, on the next turn DoW on the Vichy neutral countries. 6- Do not invest in any tech or diplomacy, just use what you have now. 7- Use my mini patch mod, the AI is better and with more possible variety in research & units you might get a few surprises. *** If doing all 7 steps is too difficult, then eliminate step 6 so you can invest in technology. If you wish to have a more historical game, do not DoW all countries BUT apply all other steps. If you are playing Axis. Apply steps 1, 2 & 3. 4- Do not invest in any tech or diplomacy. 5- DoW on Ireland and Iraq, Iraq will give extra mpps via convoy. 6- Start Barbarossa in May of 1941, not anytime later. 7- Use my mini patch mod.
