Big Johnno Posted May 26, 2006 Share Posted May 26, 2006 It seems that if you rename an HQ, for example Manstein in Guderian, you can buy Manstein again. In this case you'll have 2 HQ's rating 9. Although I would be happy to have both Guderian and Manstein "enlisted" this also creates the possibility of having many HQ's rating 9... (and you can buy HQ with strange names rating 0 as well....)
