K Jonsson Posted May 21, 2006 Share Posted May 21, 2006 I don't have the manual in front of me, but if I remember correct a HQ that is destroyed can't be bought back. However if you have soft build limits selected you can still buy it at an increased cost. I think thats what you are seeing here.
