The obvious solution would be to have a trigger for the creation of Vichy that checks for "foreign" Allied units on prospective Vichy territory. I.e. British units in Marseille = NO Vichy. Honch Posted June 12, 2006 Author Share Posted June 12, 2006 I am going to try this solution: If I make Vichy a 10% Axis nation instead of 100% neutral it may allow enemy units to remain. My reasoning is that when Germany conquers a nation all of its tiles become 100% Axis controlled but it leaves enemy units alone (except for the units of the nation conquered.
