I have a few questions: After reading the rules, it seems as if I should be able to use elite replacements for units under the strenght of 10 (like panzer general). I like this idea alot, but can't get it to work. The units are in supply (level 10) and have several levels of experiance, but I can never get elite replacements unless it is overstrength. Is that the only time I can do this? Also, sometimes my italian transports going to Tobruk cannot unload until the turn after they enter the port, is this normal? Hyazinth von Strachwitz Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 You can use Elite Reinforcements when the unit strength is at least 10... you can go one level higher for every full experience point the unit has. Usually transports can embark and disembark in one turn... one possible explanation could be that your Tobruk supply level was too low.. not quite sure.
