If the question is "How do I stick a 'Label' onto a map in the Scenario Editor?" then the answer is very easy: When in the Map Editor, it says "Ctrl-click to set a landmark", so... hold the control key down, click on some square of the map and a dialog comes up... type in 'Hollywood & Vine', close that dialog, "Preview" the map, and then hit Shift-L until you're sure that "Labels" are On... there it is!
