Kettenkrad Posted November 16, 2002 Share Posted November 16, 2002 I was playing a mission against the computer and the tactical AI keeps unbuttoning my tanks and armored cars after I button them all down. Captain Wacky Posted November 16, 2002 Share Posted November 16, 2002 You can't prevent them from staying buttoned. The TacAI will unbutton tanks when it feels its safe. One of the problem with CMBO was that once the AI's tanks buttoned up, they would never unbutton, severaly limiting their spotting ability. Ken Tout in Tank wrote that they would only button during artillery stonks. I guess that the the TAC AI is trying to emulate this.
