Rob Murray
I have a question about a mod that I downloaded. It was the King Tiger from CMHQ. I extracted it to my bmp file & I like to know how I can access it to change my Tiger II's. It apparently has it's own folder. Thanks.
Schrullenhaft
Copy the .bmp files from the directory that was created to the CMBO/BMP directory and it should replace the files there (you'll get an over-write warning when this happens - say YES to replace the files). The new 'skins' will show the next time a King Tiger is on the screen.
Rob Murray
The Tiger B Mod I was talking about was the one by Dainuis Kartanas ( on the page 1 of the German tanks section of CMHQ ). It say that it extracts into it's own folder. I've extracted it to my cmbo bmp folder. My problem is that I can't figure out how to get it out of it's folder. Is there a step that I'm leaving out. I tried copying & pasting - no good - doesn't work. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
Schrullenhaft
If you found the files, click on the first one, then press shift and click on the last one while still pressing shift. This will highlight all the files between the first one selected and the last one selected. Now drag these files to C:\PROGRAM FILES\CMBO\BMP. The files should start 'moving' at this point and you may get a warning dialog box that lists a file that you're going to overwrite. Click YES or YES TO ALL and the files should start copying moving. When you drag the files, if there is a little arrow near the tip of the cursor that indicates that you are copying shortcuts rather than the files themselves, which will do nothing for you.
