I downlownloaded the Power Archiver software from the Spanish free software site & it seems to work. I just downloaded the Nordwind scenario & have added it to my game. Graphics mods are extracted into your CMBO\BMP folder, sound mods into the CMBO\WAV folder. Always read the readme file for the different mods, often you can choose different options (tank numbers, divisions, etc.), so sometimes you have to rename certain BMPs.
