Terrapin Posted December 11, 2002 Share Posted December 11, 2002 Does everyone else, once the battle has ended, hit the "Go To Map" button and survey how many casualties each one of your units (and the enemys did), as well as other info? I think it's fascinating, and kind of instructive on what units typically inflict what kinds of casualties. You also see some interesting numbers. I had a single cavalry (infantry) platoon inflict 60 casualties on "Battle of Minors". Out of 198 total casualties. They were a crack unit, and in the front all day long. I was impressed. One SQUAD inflicted 21 casualties. Well done, boys! What's the highest anyone's ever seen for a single infantry squad (not arty or HMGs, which are kind of expected to do this)?? I wish a patch would give a second screen with an OOB with the casualty figures, but clicking around is kind of a relaxing "run down" from the excitement of the game.
